What is it About?

Letters from the Laughing Cabin is written by me — Susan “Honey” Williams, a Christian author and writer. Each print edition is written, published, and packaged right here in the Laughing Cabin workshop located in northeast Georgia, USA.

I’ll be sharing personal stories to encourage your faith, tickle your funny bone, and inspire your creativity. Topics will include any or all of the following:

Shipping Information

Letters from the Laughing Cabin ships by USPS First Class Mail to U.S. addresses only. Postage is included in your order. The FIRST monthly edition will go out the 1st week of October 2026 and then monthly thereafter.

Monthly editions are mailed the first week of each month. Your subscription will begin according to the date your order was processed. If ordering between the 1st and 14th of the month, your subscription will begin with the current month’s edition. If ordering between the 15th and 31st of the month, your subscription will begin with the next month’s edition.

When does Letters from the Laughing Cabin launch?

Letters from the Laughing Cabin is a brand new publication. We will be sending out our first-ever edition the first week of October 2026 by USPS First Class Mail. All monthly subscriptions will begin October 2026.

When will I receive my Letter?

Each edition of Letters from the Laughing Cabin is mailed during the first week of each month by USPS First Class postal mail beginning October 2026. The delivery schedule will vary between regions, but you can usually expect your letter to arrive anywhere between the 5th and 15th of the month.

Can I get a Sample Issue?

Yes! Sample Issues are NOW available as a one-time purchase and will ship within 3-5 business days of your order. This is a great way for us to get better acquainted while you wait for your first monthly edition to arrive. (Sample Issues are great gifts!) The contents of the Sample Issue will be updated every 3 months.

Tell me about the links to access free resources.

The content in Letters from the Laughing Cabin may occasionally include things like craft tutorials. When possible, I will provide a free printable craft pattern or a video tutorial to demonstrate how to make a craft project. Since links are not “clickable” in a print publication, I have provided a resource page on my blog that is exclusive to subscribers. You can go to the blog, enter the password when prompted, and access the printable craft pattern, video tutorials, etc., for that edition.

What is a Welcome Packet?

When you select the 12-Month Subscription option to indicate you are a yearly subscriber, you will automatically receive a complimentary Welcome Packet. Your Welcome Packet will include a personal letter from me plus several extra goodies I’ve personally created just for you. A Welcome Packet is not available for separate purchase and is exclusively for yearly subscribers. The Welcome Packet will ship within 3-5 business days after your subscription begins.

Will back issues be available?

Yes! We will begin making back issues available three months after the first publication of each edition. (For instance, the October 2026 edition will be available for back order in January 2027.) Back issues will be made available on my blog at laughingcabin.com.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

At this time, Letters from the Laughing Cabin is not available to addresses outside of the U.S. Please contact me if you live outside of the U.S., and I will work with you on a case-by-case basis. Contact susan@laughingcabin.com

What if I need to cancel my subscription or change my mailing info?

Contact me at susan@laughingcabin.com (or message me on Etsy) any time you need to cancel, postpone, or change your mailing information. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. Please contact me by the 15th of the month so that I can make adjustments before the next edition is scheduled.

What if my mailing is lost or damaged?

Contact me at susan@laughingcabin.com (or message me on Etsy) to let me know about the loss or damage of your mailing. I will work with you to make it right.
